Escrow Fee Setting up a service account is free. The Service Agreement term is month to month. After a Service Agreement is established, the fees are as follows:

Performance and Payment Bonds -
for both the bond and escrow fees combined the entire cost is *3% to 4% of the total contract amount.
Other fees Wire transfers are $30.00 for each Payment Authorization Form. Cashier's checks are FREE for each Payment Authorization Form. Redrafting services for each change or addition to an escrow agreement is $7.00. * Additional information and conditions for bonding are required, and issuance of the bonds is subject to normal underwriting requirements at the time of the bond request. |
