Escrow Fee

Setting up a service account is free.  However, if an escrow agreement (not a service Agreement) is needed in less than one work week, the one-time setup fee for an expedited account is $195.00. After an account is established an escrow management (Tripartite Escrow Company and Bank of the Sierra) fee of 1% of the total contact amount. The Term of Service Agreement will be month to month.

ESCROW FEES

  • Escrow management service charge of 1% of total contract amount.
  • Wire transfers are $27.00 for each Payment Authorization Form.
  • Cashier's checks are FREE for each Payment Authorization Form.
  • Redrafting services for each change or addition to an escrow agreement is $35.00.

Upon submission of the service agreement, you will receive free of charge, via e-mail, FGCO Daily, (Federal Government Contracting Opportunities), a listing of current government solicitations. You will also get Legal Forms.
